Diverse funding has provided Partners in Employment staff awareness and sensitivity to the needs of Employment Equity target groups and the rural community. Beneficiaries of this awareness and sensitivity are unemployed people who become employed, employers that have their employment needs filled and the community as a whole by having a higher employment rate.
